From Teaching To Synergy Worldwide To Health Coaching, Counselling and Founding a Community Interest Company.
What A Journey So Far!

I am a lover of life and people.  I've worked in the health industry for over 30 years with people of all ages, from babies to the elderly. Along the way, I’ve attained a number of professional health qualifications and have worked in hospitals including the wonderful Great Ormond Street Hospital, hospices, care homes, schools, offices and training centres. I now primarily work from home as a counsellor for adults and play therapist for children. I am also the CEO and founder of A Touch of Gentleness.  

Synergy Products Have Helped Overcome My Own Challenges
My own life hasn’t been without challenges and for many years I struggled with dyslexia, eating disorders, low self-esteem and low confidence. However, a combination of the therapeutic work I do and Synergy’s products have totally transformed my approach to life, and my health.

My Mission

My mission is to support, inspire and empower others to feel vibrantly alive, whatever their age, so they can fulfill the life they dream of; do more, be more, give more, play more and together we can co create  an ever-better world.

The Synergy motto is “Live, Love, Learn and Leave a Legacy”. I founded my own non for profit company  A Touch of Gentleness in the hope of doing just this. A Touch of Gentleness is a growing community of people who aim to bring a sense of  ‘connection, belonging and touch’ back to society .  Volunteers are trained to give a beautiful hand massage and to listen deeply with gentleness. They then offer this to the general public, local community groups, care homes, hospices, the homeless and at events.
I have taken the Synergy products for over 15 years now.  They have made a huge difference to my personal health, for which I am very grateful, and I continue to feel vibrantly well and energised.
